Back in the saddle; wow, how things have changed...

I've been away from Battletech for the last few years. While it's easy to place the blame on Real Life© the truth is more complex. Nevertheless, I am going to try and come back to the B'tech 'verse. Apart from the whole IlClan storyline what have I missed?

Other, more important, thing: my current project- at least for the Btech universe- is to do a crossover Battltech x Marvel. This will be Marvel characters/powers in the Battletech universe; specifically shoehorning Marvel stuff into AToW rules. I have the Nebula California, and it is limited (it was an April fool's publication, after all) but makes a good starting point. Feedback/comments encouraged

I know what you mean lucho, good to see you back posting here. Been quiet at OBT. All systems seem nominal but we just haven't gotten a steady stream of traffic back.

As for canon happenings the ilClan era seems like it's a go. The Draconis Reach is the latest release and I believe Gen Con 2026 just kicked off today. Haven't heard much about BT Gothic but i was excited to see alternate settings being published for Battletech.

My buddies always used to talk about their Heroes RPG and how that system helped them develop superhero stories. GURPS might also help especially about integrating Mechs

My idea is I'm writing up how to convert the FASERIP Marvel to AToW; I'll post it here at OBT and hope to get some feedback. This is for a campaign I hope to run. The basis will be post 3050 but no clans; in fact, their absence will be one of the central story elements. How, you ask? Let's just say it will be a Marvel of a solution
